Only the workspace owner can do these. Both are in Settings > General.
Transfer ownership
Ownership changes are checked and approved by Nebula staff, so a workspace cannot be taken by mistake or by someone who gained access.
Open Settings > General.
Choose Request an ownership transfer.
Say who the new owner should be and why.
The Nebula team verifies the request. Sensitive changes like this need a second, more senior staff member to approve, and the person who asked for it can never be the one who approves.
Contact support if you want to follow up on a request.
Why it matters
If you own a workspace you cannot delete your own Rosterr account until you transfer it or delete it (see "How do I delete my Rosterr account? (and what happens to my data)").
Delete the workspace
This is permanent and cannot be undone. All workspace data, including members, sessions, documents and settings, is completely removed.
Open Settings > General.
Choose Delete Workspace.
Type the workspace name to confirm. If it does not match you see "Workspace name does not match".
Confirm. You see "Workspace deleted successfully".
What is removed
Everything inside the workspace: members and roles, sessions, activity, quotas and goals, notices, logbook entries, moderation cases and evidence, documents and policies and acknowledgements, alliances, recommendations, saved views, tasks, API keys and settings, and its notifications. The Roblox group itself is untouched.
After deleting
The group no longer has a workspace, so it can be set up again from scratch if you want. Staff accounts in Rosterr stay. Their personal records in this workspace are gone.
Before you delete
Tell your team.
Export anything you need first (Staff page CSV, timesheets on Pro, audit log, Directory).
Cancel your subscription if you have one.
