Do I need to be the group owner to create a workspace? No. You need a rank of 25 or higher in the Roblox group, a linked Discord and Roblox account, and early access. See "How do I create a workspace for my Roblox group?".

Can a Roblox group have more than one workspace? No. One workspace per group.

Do I need both Discord and Roblox? Yes. Every account has both linked. See "Sign in with Discord and Roblox (and link both accounts)".

How long do I stay signed in? About 30 days, renewed each time you use Rosterr.

Is Rosterr free? Yes, there is a Free plan. Pro is £4.99 a month (with a 30-day trial) and Business £9.99. See "Rosterr plans compared: Free, Pro and Business".

Why can't I see a menu item? You lack its permission, or the feature is off. See "I can't do something: which permission do I need?".

Can someone have more than one role? Yes, and they get the permissions of all of them added together.

How do people get roles? From their Roblox rank (synced), or by an admin adding them by hand. See "How do people join my workspace and get their roles?".

What does Admin mean? Everything in the workspace. Give it to very few people.

Why is my activity 0? The loader may not be installed, you may be below the tracked rank, or you played in Studio or a private server. See "How does activity tracking work?".

What is the difference between a quota and a goal? A quota repeats every period. A goal is a one-off with a start and end date. See "Quotas explained (types, who they apply to, and how they are completed)" and "Goals explained (team and personal targets with a deadline)".

Who can see my minutes? You can. So can people with permission to view member profiles and the Staff page.

How do I get my leave approved? Submit a notice. See "How do I request time off? (inactivity notices)".

What happens to my sessions when my leave is approved? You are removed from sessions you host or hold a role in during your leave.

Can I use Outlook or Apple Mail with my Rosterr address? No. Rosterr Mail works inside Rosterr (website and apps).

Who can read my email? Only you. Admins and Nebula staff cannot. See "Mail privacy: who can read what".

Can I change my address? The short name after the dot is permanent for the workspace.

Why am I not getting Rosterr DMs? You must share a server with the bot and have DMs on. See "Get Rosterr updates as Discord direct messages (and turn them off)".

Where do I put my API key? In a server script only. See "The Rosterr game API: what it is, how to make an API key and keep it safe".

I lost my API key. It cannot be recovered. Delete it and make a new one.

Does Rosterr sell my data? No.

How do I delete my account? In Settings. If you own a workspace, transfer or delete it first. See "How do I delete my Rosterr account? (and what happens to my data)".

How do I get a copy of my data? Ask support. See "Privacy: what Rosterr collects, who sees it, and how to ask for a copy".
