This is a plain-English summary. The full text is the Privacy Policy on the Rosterr website, which is the official version and was last updated on 27 September 2026.
What Rosterr collects
Roblox account information: your user ID, username and avatar, from Roblox's public services.
Discord account information: your Discord user ID if you link Discord (used for sign-in and notifications). Rosterr never receives your Discord or Roblox password.
What you and your team create in a workspace: sessions, tasks, mail, wall posts, notices, moderation records, roles and similar.
Device and push data: a token used to send pings to your device.
Purchases: if you buy something in the app, Apple or Google handles payment. Rosterr only receives a confirmation, never card details.
Usage and log data: IP address and request times, for security and abuse prevention.
Support conversations: if you use the support chat, the chat provider is told your Roblox user ID, username, Discord user ID (if linked), and your workspace's name, plan and size. Never your email address.
Website analytics on the website only, not in the phone apps.
What Rosterr does not do
It does not sell personal data and does not use it for third-party advertising.
Who it is shared with
Your workspace. Anything you post or do in a workspace is visible to its members according to their roles.
Service providers that help run Rosterr (support chat, website analytics, payments through Apple/Google, push delivery through Apple/Google, and hosting). Each only receives what it needs.
Roblox and Discord, only as needed to sign you in and show public profile details.
Where the law requires it.
A personal Rosterr inbox is readable only by its owner. Workspace admins and Nebula staff cannot read it. A shared inbox is readable by the people it is shared with.
How long it is kept
For as long as your account and memberships are active, plus a reasonable time for security and legal reasons. Some records inside a shared workspace (moderation history, session notes) can stay in anonymised form after you leave, so other people's history stays intact.
Your choices
Delete your account any time (see "How do I delete my Rosterr account? (and what happens to my data)").
Turn off product-news emails (see "Product news emails: how to unsubscribe or resubscribe").
Turn off pings and Discord DMs.
Unlink Discord, or revoke camera permission (it is only used to scan a sign-in QR code; photos are never stored).
Ask for a copy of your data or make a privacy request
There is not a self-service download button. Privacy requests, including a copy of your data or a deletion request handled by the team, are handled by the Nebula team:
Use the Help and Support chat, or email [email protected].
Say what you want (a copy, a correction, deletion) and sign-in details that identify your account (your Roblox username).
The team verifies it is you and replies. A copy of your data is a file covering your profile, memberships, wall posts, leave notices, logbook entries about you, session participation, moderation cases about you, activity, policy acknowledgements, notes you wrote and your notifications. Secrets and other people's own data are left out, and each list is capped at 500 rows.
Children
Rosterr is intended for people who are allowed under Roblox's rules to hold a staff position in a group. If you believe a child has given personal information improperly, contact support.
