What each plan costs, the limits on each, and which features each unlocks.

Business may show as Coming soon in some places until it is released. If you cannot choose it, it is not yet on sale for your region or installation.

What the limits mean

  • Limits stop you creating more of something. They never delete what you already have.

  • One-off sessions are unlimited on every plan. Only session types that repeat on a schedule (such as "Wednesdays at 18:00") count toward the recurring limit.

  • Personal (non-shared) saved views are not limited.

  • Everything else in Rosterr is available on every plan, including Mail, Moderation, Policies, Docs, Alliances, Recommendations, Tasks, Goals and the phone apps. Some Mail limits (new people per day) depend on your plan (see "Mail sending limits: how many people you can email each day").

Free trial

Pro has a 30-day free trial, only on a workspace's first subscription, not every time it cancels and comes back. Business has no trial.

Seeing your plan

Open Settings > Plan & billing (admins). It shows your current plan, what you have used against each limit, and how to change it.
