Rosterr does not have its own application forms. Job applications are taken by Nebula Staffr and reviewed inside Rosterr. Rosterr reads them from Staffr, live.
Plan
The Staffr integration is part of Pro and Business plans. On Free it is not available.
Connect
You need to be a workspace admin.
In Staffr, open your group's Integrations and create an API key (it starts with
sk_live_). Choose the scopes below.In Rosterr open Settings > Integrations > Staffr applications.
Paste the key and Connect.
Rosterr checks the key, records your Staffr group's name, and stores the key encrypted. It is never shown again except the last four characters.

If a scope is missing, the message names the one needed.
Check and disconnect
Check connection re-reads the key's scopes.
Disconnect deletes the key from Rosterr.
Every connect, disconnect and review is written to the audit log.
Who can use Applications
View applications to see the list and details.
Review applications to change a status.
Connecting and disconnecting is for admins only.
If a workspace is not connected, Applications simply does not appear in the menu.
If something goes wrong
Key revoked or expired in Staffr. The link switches itself off, Applications disappears, and Settings shows "Needs a new key". Paste a new key.
Staffr is slow or down. Requests wait up to 10 seconds, then fail with a clear message. The connection stays on.
Rate limit. Staffr allows 120 requests a minute per key, shared by everyone in the workspace. Rosterr shares identical reads made within 15 seconds.
Plan lapses. If your plan drops to Free, the Staffr link is kept but paused until you upgrade.
