Every member of a workspace has a profile page inside that workspace. It is built from your Roblox identity (username, display name, avatar) and what you have done in that workspace. It is not shared between workspaces: a person who is in two workspaces has two separate sets of activity, notices and logbook entries.
Opening a profile
Your own: open your account menu and choose your profile, or choose your name anywhere it appears.
Someone else's: choose their name in the Directory, on the Staff page, the Wall or a session. You can only open other people's profiles if your role has Profiles: view. Admins always can.
What is on it
Information: username, user ID, Discord ID, email, birthday, timezone, departments, join date and their line manager. People with Info: edit details can choose Edit to change them. (If Bloxlink is connected, a button can pull a person's Discord ID from Bloxlink.)
Activity: minutes active in the current period, messages, idle time, a live indicator when they are in your game right now, and a timeline of sessions and manual adjustments. People with access can also see earlier periods.
Sessions: sessions they have hosted and attended.
Quotas: progress against each quota that applies to them.
Notices: their leave history.
Logbook: warnings, notes, promotions, demotions and similar entries. Seeing the logbook needs Logbook: see entries.
Some workspaces also have Rank history and an Activity breakdown tab. See "Search, filter and export the Directory, and see rank history (newer)" and "See exactly where someone's minutes came from (activity breakdown)".
Who can change what
Info: edit details lets a person with that permission change a member's details.
Activity: adjustments lets someone add or remove minutes from a member's activity (see "Add or remove minutes by hand (manual adjustments)").
Logbook permissions allow recording a note, warning, promotion, demotion, termination or resignation (see "Use the logbook: notes, warnings, promotions, demotions and terminations").
You cannot give yourself a logbook action. Rosterr refuses actions on yourself and on people of equal or higher rank than you unless you are a workspace admin.
Birthdays
Rosterr may ask you for your birthday the first time you use a workspace. It is optional and you can skip it. If you share it, it can appear in the birthdays widget on Home, and the workspace can have a Discord message sent on the day if its admins set that up. You can change or remove your birthday later.
Your name and picture
Rosterr shows your Roblox username, display name and avatar. To change them, change them on Roblox. Rosterr picks up the change after a short while.
