Report abuse: how to report an organisation or a user misusing Rosterr

How to report someone misusing Rosterr, what happens to the report, and what to do instead for problems inside your own workspace.

Written by Liam Radford

Use Report abuse if an organisation or a user is misusing Nebula Rosterr (for example spamming through Mail, harassing others, or breaking the law). The page says: "Tell us about an organisation or user that is misusing Nebula Rosterr. Reports are read by platform staff."

How

  1. Open the Report abuse page (linked from the Help menu and the website footer).

  2. Choose the organisation or user you are reporting.

  3. Choose what kind of problem it is.

  4. Give details: what happened, when, and any links or screenshots you can describe.

  5. Send. You see "Thanks. Your report has been sent to the Nebula team." and a reference you can quote.

What happens next

Nebula staff read every report. They can suspend an organisation or block a user, depending on what they find. They may not tell you the outcome, for privacy reasons.

What is not for this page

  • Problems inside your own workspace (a colleague breaking your group's rules) are for your workspace admins. Use the logbook, moderation or policies.

  • Roblox or Discord problems are for Roblox or Discord.

  • Spam in your Rosterr inbox: use Report spam (newer Mail) to block the sender.
