Contact Nebula support (chat, email, bug reports and what to include)

How to reach the Nebula team, what to include so they can help quickly, and what the support chat can see about you.

Written by Liam Radford

The fastest way: Help and Support

  • On the website: open the (i) Help menu and choose Help and Support. The chat opens straight away.

  • In the phone app (iPhone): open the More tab and choose Help and Support.

  • Workspaces using white label (Business) hide the help button, so use email instead.

You can also use the Contact page on the website, or email [email protected]. Nebula Technologies is a PulseNet brand, based in Welling, Kent, UK.

What to tell us

The more of these you include, the faster we can help:

  1. Your Roblox username and, if it is about a workspace, its name and group ID.

  2. What you were trying to do and what happened instead (exact words of any message, ideally a screenshot).

  3. Where it happened: website or app, which browser or phone.

  4. When it started, and whether it ever worked.

  5. What you have already tried.

Never send passwords, API keys or the one-time sign-in codes. Support will never ask for them.

What the chat can see

When you are signed in, the chat is told your Roblox user ID, username, Discord user ID (if linked), and your workspace's name, plan and size. It is never told your email address. Visitors who are not signed in get an anonymous chat. Signing out closes the chat and clears its saved conversation, so the next person on a shared device cannot see it.

Replies

Replies from support can ping your phone under Support replies (see "Notifications and pings: the bell, phone alerts and what you can switch off").

Report a bug

The Help menu also has a bug report option. Describe what happened and what you expected.

If someone is misusing Rosterr (for example an organisation or user), use the Report abuse page. Reports are read by Nebula staff. See "Report abuse: how to report an organisation or a user misusing Rosterr".

Who should I ask: Nebula or my workspace admins?

  • Workspace questions (roles, who can see what, session rules, policies) go to your workspace admins.

  • Rosterr problems (sign-in, bugs, billing, privacy requests) go to Nebula support.
