Sometimes the game cannot record what happened: a server crashed, a training was held off-platform, or a staff member did extra work. You can adjust a person's minutes manually.
Who can do it
People with the Activity: adjustments permission ("Adds or removes minutes from someone's activity"). Admins always can.
Adjust one person
Open the person's profile.
Choose Manual Adjustment.
Choose Award or Remove, enter the minutes, and add a reason (optional, but recommended).
Save.
The adjustment appears on their timeline as Manual Adjustment, and the minutes total changes straight away.
Adjust many people at once
On the Staff page, tick several people. If you have the Use mass actions permission, the buttons Award Minutes and Remove Minutes appear. Enter the minutes and apply them to everyone selected.
What an adjustment affects
Minutes on the dashboard, leaderboard and Staff page.
Quotas and goals measured in minutes.
Timesheets: adjustments show separately from tracked time so they stay visible.
An adjustment belongs to the current period. After a reset it is part of that period's saved history.
Good practice
Always write a reason so others can understand it later.
Do not use adjustments to hide missing tracking: fix the loader (see "Set up activity tracking in your game (the loader, rank and idle time)").
