The Home page: widgets, the sticky note and how admins arrange them

What each Home widget shows, how admins choose and arrange them, and how to set the banner, games and sticky note.

Home is the first page of a workspace. It greets you by name and shows a set of widgets your workspace admins have chosen. A new workspace starts with four: Birthdays, New to the Team, Sessions and Sticky Note.

My Quotas

Your quotas for the current period and which are done. Shows "You have no quotas for this period" when none apply

Featured Games

Your workspace's games with a Play button

A widget that has nothing to show says so (for example "No games added"). It is still there.

The sticky note

The Sticky Note is a message leadership wants everyone to see. People with the Edit sticky post permission can change it. A new workspace shows a welcome message until someone edits it.

Featured Games

An admin adds up to 10 Roblox place IDs in Settings > General (Home). Use the number from the game's web address, for example roblox.com/games/12345/.

The Home banner

An admin can upload a banner image that sits behind the greeting. It can be PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, under 10 MB, and no larger than 1920 by 1080.

Choosing and arranging the widgets (admins)

In Settings > General, the Home section lets admins choose which widgets appear and drag them around a grid. The layout is the same for everyone.

Each person can also hide widgets just for themselves in workspaces that have the Customise Home feature. See "Hide Home widgets you do not want (Customise Home)".

Common questions

  • Why is my Sessions widget empty? It only shows sessions you have claimed for today, not every session.

  • Why can't I see My Quotas? Your admin may not have added it, or no quotas apply to you.

  • Why does Home look different from my colleague's? Your own hidden widgets (if Customise Home is on), or a role-based difference such as no permission to read documents.
