Workspace suspended: what it means and what to do

Why a workspace may be suspended, what stops working, and who can ask for it to be restored.

Written by Liam Radford

If you open a workspace and see a Workspace suspended page, Nebula has locked that workspace.

What it means

  • Nobody in the workspace can use it while it is suspended.

  • API keys stop working (they are not deleted, so they work again after the suspension).

  • Nothing is deleted. The suspension can be lifted.

Why it happens

A workspace is suspended by Nebula staff, for example for breaking the rules or abusing the service. The workspace owner can see a reason.

What to do

  • Members: nothing. Ask your workspace owner.

  • The owner: contact Nebula support (Help and Support, or [email protected]) to ask why and how to resolve it.

Nebula staff can still look into a suspended workspace to help sort it out.
