The leaderboard (what it ranks, who appears, and the display styles)

How the leaderboard works, how admins choose the lowest rank and the style, and what the newer period options add.

Written by Liam Radford

The Leaderboard shows top performers this period, ranked by activity minutes. A short summary sits beside it with workspace statistics. Open it from Activity in the menu.

Who appears

Staff with tracked activity in the period, down to the lowest rank the admin set for the leaderboard. People on approved leave (a notice) are shown as away.

Admin settings

In Settings > Activity:

  • Leaderboard Rank: "Set the minimum rank that will appear on the leaderboard". Choose All ranks to include everyone.

  • Leaderboard Style: List (a compact vertical list, sometimes called Stack) or Podium (a visual display with medals for the top three).

This period, last period

After an admin resets the activity period, the leaderboard can show the last period. If no reset has ever happened you see "There is no last period yet: the activity hasn't been reset."

Workspaces with the newer activity features can also choose This period, Last period or All time.

Why is my name not there?

  • You are below the leaderboard's lowest rank.

  • No activity has been tracked for you this period.

  • The loader is not in the game, or it has an old key (see "Set up activity tracking in your game (the loader, rank and idle time)").
