Timesheets: hours worked each day, and exporting to CSV

How the weekly timesheet is built, why days run in UTC, who can see others' timesheets, and the Pro CSV export.

Written by Liam Radford

Timesheets show hours worked each day, from tracked activity. Open it from the menu where available (the page is called Timesheets).

What it shows

A table for one week, Monday to Sunday, with a row per person and a column per day, plus a total. Use the arrows to move between weeks.

  • Each session counts on the day it started. If it runs past midnight, all of it still counts on the first day.

  • Days run from midnight to midnight UTC, not your local time. This keeps weeks consistent for everyone in the workspace.

  • Manual adjustments are shown separately so they stay visible, but are included in the total.

  • Times are shown as hours:minutes (for example 2:30).

  • "No tracked time this week." appears when there is nothing.

Who sees what

  • You always see your own row.

  • Seeing everyone's timesheet needs View everyone's timesheets.

Export to CSV

You can export a week to a spreadsheet (CSV). Exporting is part of the Pro plan. On Free the page offers "Open billing to upgrade". Cells that a spreadsheet could treat as a formula are made plain text so they cannot run.
